Development of intelligent workpiece gripping devices at Losonczi Innovation Ltd., which ensure the requirements of Industry 4.0

LOSONCZI Innovation Ltd. is developing workpiece gripping devices (lathe chucks, collet lathe devices, and hydraulic gripping devices for four and five-axis CNC machining centres) during the implementation of the project, which can sense the position of the workpiece placed by the robot. The machine tool only starts machining if the workpiece is in the exact position and securely clamped. Therefore, the device communicates with the machine tool, ensuring that the information chain is not interrupted during machining, which fulfils the Industry 4.0 requirements between the robot and the machining tool.

DEVELOPMENT OF A DRIVEN VDI TOOL HOLDER FAMILY FOR CNC LATHES AT LOSONCZI KFT
